Welcome to another blog post from The R-n-R Hour™. I want to say thank you for taking the time to read this post. Thus far, I have introduced many topics ranging from negative thoughts, manifestation, the feeling of emptiness to how to achieve your higher self. I did all of these random topics to give you guys an idea of the themes I enjoy and will continue to focus on in my blog. You are probably thinking. Okay, great. Why should I care? I am saying this because after this post. I want to focus future blog posts on more specific subject matters (for teaching purposes) in spirituality and philosophy. These posts will be in the form of a series (2 or 3 maybe 4 blog posts). Therefore, our goal will be simple with these future series. We will learn and grow together; however, before we continue.
Achieving Your Higher Self blog by The R-n-R Hour™ needs support for its continual expansion. So, before we get started, I ask that you click out of this blog post and check out some of the products presented below by Amazon (maybe you can purchase an item if interested). I bought two out of the three items, and I can say they have been great for my spiritual growth and daily meditation. Please make sure to return to this blog post after checking out some of the items.
I want to keep this blog post short and to the point. So, here we go. At some point in our lives, we all have been disappointed, deceived, and mistreated. These moments are painful, but unfortunately, they are the least of our worries. It is the constant remembering of these painful moments that create further damage to our lives. From my own life, I can sadly say. The constant remembering of bad experiences kept me in a decade of pain, bitterness, and negativity. By the way, this form of mental bondage leads to some pretty bad outcomes in life, but those are stories for later. I want to tell you, my friends. YOU do not have to go down the same path as me by wasting your life in misery. YOU can do better; therefore, I want to provide my suggestion to help YOU overcome those painful memories.
Have you tried forgiveness?
Why forgive, you ask? Well, the answer is simple. When I decided to forgive myself and others who hurt me, forgiveness helped me release my internal pain, bitterness, and negativity. And I want to emphasize. The feeling of executing forgiveness was like a weight lifted off my shoulders. I never felt freer than at any other time in my life. Therefore, I want to say to you all. If you decide to forgive, you, too, can feel freedom in your heart and mind. When you are ready to forgive yourself and others, please repeat this prayer.
“Dear God. I ask you to surround me with forgiveness and mercy for myself and all who have done me wrong. Please soften my heart, so I may remove all obstacles that stand in the way of my connection to the deeper love I know I have within me.”
Do not forget. You will never know true, unconditional love until you learn to forgive. I hope that practicing forgiveness and reciting this prayer helps. It helped me, and I know it will help you.
