Hello everyone. My name is Ray Rogers, and as the senior content writer at The R-N-R Hour™. I welcome everyone to our new series, #MyCareerSuicide. You all are probably asking what a career suicide is? A simple definition of this scenario is when an individual commits many mistakes due to a lack of social awareness or inexperience within a team, leading to the eventual termination of that individual’s position in the team or company. Why is this topic important? We all know that a bad first impression is merely impossible to overcome and makes it extremely difficult for you to manifest a life of abundance!

To give you all a preview, we will take the knowledge from the previous series, “As Within, So Without,” and lessons learned from the mistakes I made early in my career to apply to the building of your stable and productive career! It is like what I said in the first blog post of 2021, Blog #9. I want The R-N-R Hour™ to be more than just helping you all to feel better about yourself or your current life circumstances. My goal with this site and especially with this new serious is to provide you all with the necessary tools that will help you to manifest success in your budding career.

For the curious, I garner inspiration for this series from a recent reflection on the last ten years of me trying to build a career in academic research. I sadly failed at my attempt and had to work at several odd jobs I was painfully overqualified. I, on the other hand, stand here today and fully understand. My negative feelings and thoughts manifested #MyCareerSuicide, and I have no one else to blame but myself. Now, I have never been an individual who likes to focus on failure. However, I want to use this series as an opportunity to provide wisdom that will assist whoever in need.
